end-to-end project delivery:
carry out on-site assessments to check technical feasibility, grid capacity and installation constraints
perform electrical design work including load calculations, cable sizing, protection schemes and layout preparation
prepare technical and commercial offers based on site findings and customer needs
coordinate installation activities with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
manage commissioning, testing and final handover to the customer
operational excellence:
define and optimize operational processes to ensure quality and deadlines
monitor key indicators such as installation lead time, quality and cost efficiency
translate order forecasts into capacity and resource planning
identify bottlenecks and propose tactical solutions to prevent delays or escalations
cross-functional collaboration:
work closely with HSEQ, design, coordination and installation teams to guarantee safety and customer satisfaction
develop governance structures that promote transparency, accountability, and consistent execution
Come as you are, ideally with:
4–6 years of experience as a Project Engineer, ideally in electrical installations or e-mobility
strong knowledge of electrical calculations, including DC chargers and high-power systems
ability to coordinate installations and commissioning effectively
proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
customer-oriented mindset and interest in e-mobility and sustainability
