As a Contract Manager, you are the key person ensuring alignment between contracts, clients, our teams, and their projects. Your contribution is essential to the success of our teams, and you have a significant impact on our projects and client relationships. Your work location:

Aartselaar & Braine-l’Alleud, with regular travel to project sites for on‑site follow‑up and coordination

Zoom on the job:

analyse, advise, and monitor contractual obligations for various projects together with the project managers

act as the link between the Fire, Safety, Audiovisual & Mobility divisions and the central Contract Management department of Equans Belux

be involved from the tender phase through execution and completion

support teams in interpreting contract clauses, SLAs, and change orders

assist the tender team in analysing contractual risks (planning, technical, financial) and prepare input for our risk selection committees

assist project managers in managing contracts with clients, consortia, subcontractors, and suppliers

coordinate negotiations and compile claim files in collaboration with Legal

monitor and prioritise contractual risks and opportunities, and advise on mitigation or commercialisation

contribute to improving internal processes and tools for contract follow‑up

Come as you are, ideally with:

a master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or law (or equivalent through experience)

at least 5 years of experience in contract management, project control, or project management within industrial or infrastructure projects (experience with DBFM is a plus)

experience with complex partnership structures and subcontractor management

thorough knowledge of public procurement legislation

excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of French and English
