They are looking to bring on a Network & Systems Engineer to lead complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud initiatives across both internal and client environments. This is a senior-level, hands-on technical role with broad ownership, offering the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and supporting modern IT environments.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support advanced network infrastructures across routing, switching, wireless, and security. Work heavily with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and/or Palo Alto technologies. Manage enterprise firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and security policy enforcement. Support and optimize Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and advanced security features. Administer and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper‑V) across production environments. Lead Windows Server architecture, performance tuning, patch management, and role/services configuration. Architect and maintain Azure environments — identity, VMs, networking, storage, governance, and resource security. Oversee Intune for device management, compliance, and deployment strategies. Manage and enhance complex Active Directory infrastructures, including GPO design and domain health. Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and serve as a top‑tier escalation engineer. Skills/Must have
10–15 years of experience in network engineering, systems engineering, or combined infrastructure roles. Deep networking background (R&S, firewalls, network security) with multi‑vendor experience. Strong systems engineering skill set: Windows Server, VMware/Hyper‑V, M365, Azure. Expertise in Active Directory, Identity, and Intune administration. Ability to architect solutions, lead technical projects, and solve complex issues independently. MSP or multi‑client environment experience is a strong plus. Benefits
