What Youll Do
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox environments Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra ID Configure firewalls, VPNs, and core networking Manage backups, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments Use ConnectWise, NinjaOne, IT Glue, and automation tools to drive efficiency Work with MDR and SIEM tools such as SentinelOne, Huntress, and CrowdStrike What Youll Need
35 years of IT support or systems engineering experience (MSP experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, AD, DNS, DHCP Experience with Azure, Intune, and Entra ID Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPNs, routing, firewalls) Reliable, accountable, and customer-focused mindset Why Youll Love It Here
