Key Responsibilities
Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing systems.
Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of complex control system issues.
Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control panel designs, and system documentation.
Execute commissioning, testing, and startup of new equipment and control system upgrades.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for existing control systems to enhance performance and reliability.
Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Integrate various control components, sensors, and robotics into cohesive manufacturing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot electrical control systems and instrumentation.
Solid grasp of control theory, PID tuning, and process optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
Proficiency in vision system setup and programming (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
Knowledge of industrial data historization and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration.
Familiarity with industrial network design, security, and troubleshooting.
