Develop and program PLC/PAC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes. Design, implement, and commission new automation systems and equipment upgrades. Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and data acquisition. Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with safety standards and industry regulations. Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control narratives, and system documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and integrate automation solutions. Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). Experience with robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) and motion control applications. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated systems. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications
