Responsibilities
Work alongside field crews to install manholes, vaults, and perform other utility construction tasks as needed
Support the Foreman in ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and meet customer quality standards
Operate company vehicles daily to transport materials, cable reels, steel plates, tools, and equipment
Assist with the delivery and pickup of job site supplies and construction assets
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills / Must have
Over 3 years of experience safely and efficiently operating equipment used in utility construction, including but not limited to: directional drills, trenchers, backhoes, skid steers, bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators, cranes, and crane trucks
Knowledgeable about DOT regulations related to enforcement and compliance
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions
Solid understanding of utility construction methods and installation practices
A valid CDL-A license is highly preferred
