This role is responsible for supporting the Corporate Treasury team with a focus on daily cash management, liquidity positioning, short‑term investments, and execution of critical Treasury transactions.
The position is part of the Transaction Banking & Treasury Services team and plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence and safeguarding company assets.
What you'll do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non‑essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity requirements across all domestic bank accounts
Coordinate investments and redemptions within the short‑term investment portfolio
Execute and oversee Treasury‑related payments, including aircraft closings, debt principal and interest, investment transactions, and M&A activity
Review ACH debit activity and monitor domestic banking fraud controls to mitigate risk
Serve as backup for the Sr. Manager on Treasury cash forecasting processes
Ensure proper connectivity and optimization of current‑day and prior‑day bank statement reporting in the GTreasury system
Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to resolve issues and enhance Treasury operations
Support compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or other related field
3 years of experience across treasury and/or banking industries
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and payment processes
Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (GTreasury experience preferred)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
