Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Rome, New York. In this Contract to permanent role, you will oversee essential office operations and provide critical support to ensure smooth workflows across departments. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and handling incoming calls and correspondence.
- Coordinate and maintain schedules for meetings and conference room bookings to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor office supply inventory and oversee the ordering process to keep supplies well-stocked.
- Prepare and manage overnight delivery packages and arrange courier services as needed.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments, assisting with a variety of tasks and projects.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
- Highly organized and dependable, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently while effectively managing office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Basic data entry skills and ability to handle administrative tasks accurately.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in managing schedules and appointments.
- High School diploma
