Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Richmond, California. This is a contract position that requires strategic leadership to oversee compensation, benefits, and policy harmonization across entities. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in HR processes, systems, and employee relations to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to integrate HR practices across multiple entities, ensuring operational consistency.
- Lead initiatives related to compensation and rewards, including salary benchmarking, pay structure alignment, and developing an overarching pay philosophy.
- Develop and implement harmonized benefits programs, including time-off policies, vacation structures, and employee perks, while creating a phased Total Rewards strategy.
- Optimize HR systems such as Paylocity to enhance onboarding, performance tracking, learning and development, and documentation processes.
- Consolidate and standardize policies and procedures, including creating and rolling out a unified employee handbook.
- Facilitate structured sessions with key stakeholders and deliver executive-level presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Provide hands-on support for HR initiatives, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet organizational needs.
- Advise on sales incentives strategies and contribute to the development of a comprehensive rewards framework.
- Partner with external providers to ensure smooth implementation of HR solutions and updates. Requirements - A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies, including total rewards and sales incentives.
- Experience with HR systems such as Paylocity and HRIS implementation.
- Ability to lead onboarding processes and manage mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective.
- Skilled in consolidating policies and creating comprehensive employee handbooks.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve organizational alignment.
