Description The Accounting Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the accounting team to deliver precise financial reporting while maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting operational efficiency. - Minimum 7-10 years experience in financial analysis, treasury, reporting and budgeting.
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA license and financial services industry preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Knowledge of Financial Institution's general ledger and budgeting software.
- Ability to effectively handle confidential information and materials.
- Ability to identify problems, analyze relevant data, think critically and strategically, generate alternatives, and select solutions to problems.
