Bookkeeper We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support overall accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring financial data is complete and organized. Record daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable + Reconcile bank and credit card statements + Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records + Prepare invoices and track customer payments + Maintain organized financial files and documentation + Support budgeting, reporting, and audits as needed Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required + Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) + Basic to intermediate Excel skills + We offer contract, temporary and permanent placement solutions for finance and accounting, technology, marketing and creative, legal, and administrative and customer support roles.
