Responsibilities
Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Process membership applications, payments, and cancellations efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Promote gym services, programs, and memberships to potential customers.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing class registrations.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale systems.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
