Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, principles, and practices
Knowledge of statistical analysis, data and statistical quality control, with the ability to convey these to all levels of employees, including preparing statistical studies and trend analysis using internal and external information
Understanding of business fundamentals with practical experience in a number of human resources–related issues, and quantitative business‑based analysis and metrics
Knowledge of budgeting and expense control to plan, implement, and manage funds while maintaining and improving quality standards
Strong project management, leadership, and practice development skills
Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field
5‑6 years of professional job‑related work experience
2 years in a senior professional / leadership capacity overseeing operational efficiencies
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct in‑depth research and propose suggestions to executive management regarding division and/or department strategy; develop division‑wide and department‑specific activities, including project descriptions with success measures
Lead strategic activities and projects; conduct needs analysis to determine project resource needs and review weekly and monthly business unit reports
Assist senior management with planning future divisional and departmental goals, organizational structure, and productivity improvements; recommend personnel and resource utilization; evaluate and recommend changes to programs
Analyze structure, work process, and process mapping; develop and update business policies, practices, and project development documentation; re‑engineer staffing models and workflows to ensure productivity and accountability metrics
Assist with agendas, speeches, and succession planning for senior management direct reports; maintain performance documentation
Act as point of contact for the business planning process, compiling quarterly updates, and developing analytical models for the overall operation of the business unit
Assist in developing the organization’s business plan, budget, and related activities; support financial forecasts, cost proposals, and variance reporting
Perform other related duties as assigned
Total Rewards The salary range for this job is $85,000 to $110,000. The offer considers education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. Salary growth is possible through development and performance. This range does not include incentive pay or benefits; those will be provided separately.
