Campus and Internal Recruiter at Eight Eleven Group Business Development Associate (BDA) This role requires 12 month training in Indianapolis, Indiana followed by relocating to one of our 33 markets across the US. Responsibilities

Business Development Associates participate in a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program focused on a solution-driven approach to selling consulting and professional services.

As a BDA, you are responsible for strategic lead generation and new meeting setting at active, long-term partnerships and newer prospective clients.

After training, you will graduate into the Account Executive role. As an AE, about 80% of time is spent with client decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win-win engagements.

Identify opportunities and pursuits in designated target accounts (3–5).

Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings and client activities.

Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and deliver positive outcomes.

Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the experience for Fortune 500 target accounts.

Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmap.

Meet and exceed target sales goals; set personal and team goals with management and sales support.

All other duties as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position.

Sales Training

Training takes place at our Corporate Headquarters in Indianapolis.

Led by Medasource’s President, sales trainers and top sales leaders.

Formalized training geared toward practice areas and core competencies in healthcare.

Role-playing situational selling exercises and ride-alongs with senior account executives.

Prospecting established territory (and possibly other active accounts) to set new meetings.

Learning how to effectively prospect leads and execute lead generation activities.

Develop an opportunity pipeline to support a rapid transition to AE in the sales territory.

Participate in meetings set and additional client meetings as applicable.

Prepare to be a highly effective AE Day 1 in the field.

Foster executive-level relationships.
