Business Development Representative (BDR) Location: San Francisco Bay Area, California

Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 (annual)

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our NetSuite ERP sales efforts. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our senior sales and solution consulting team.

The ideal candidate brings grit, resilience, and a can-do mindset, approaching sales with energy, ownership, and persistence.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in ERP, SaaS sales, and enterprise technology, with exposure to CFOs, Controllers, and Operations leaders across a wide range of industries.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and engage potential NetSuite ERP customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, timing, and business needs

Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior sales executives

Research target accounts and tailor outreach based on industry, size, and pain points

Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution consultants to refine messaging

Learn NetSuite ERP positioning, use cases, and value propositions across industries

What We’re Looking For:

0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections

Organized, coachable, and driven by measurable results

Interest in SaaS, ERP, finance, operations, or enterprise technology

Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow‑up consistently

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Proactive and self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset

What Success Looks Like:

Consistently booking qualified meetings

Building a healthy, well‑documented pipeline

Demonstrating improvement in messaging, objection handling, and targeting

Contributing to closed‑won deals through strong qualification
