Adept at training, supervising, and motivating front office staff to ensure service excellence
Previous experience in a hospitality, hotel management, or similar role is strongly preferred
Proficiency in hotel management systems is an advantage
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
