Primary Care Office Coordinator
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day administrative and clerical operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with resident care regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, facilitate communication with providers, residents, team members, and families.
Support adherence to the annual budget and stewardship practices.
Provide direct resident interaction as needed, fostering a high standard of care and operational excellence.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, medical office administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of three years’ experience, preferably in a physician practice setting.
Administrative Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
