We are seeking a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings, performing examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing therapies, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Core Values

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Outpatient/Inpatient responsibilities Approx. 15 patients per day May serve as First Assistant Benefits

Perform comprehensive or problem‑focused physical examinations and obtain medical histories. Order, collect, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests. Prescribe and recommend medical therapies per approved policies. Formulate and implement evidence‑based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Counsel patients and families on medical processes, medication, nutrition, and health promotion. Maintain detailed patient records and initiate referrals when needed. Provide consultation services within specialty scope. Manage patients in inpatient, emergency, surgical, or procedural settings. Perform invasive procedures as delegated by supervising physicians. Conduct pre‑ and post‑operative follow‑ups and participate in perioperative care. Perform additional patient care duties as required by coverage needs. Key Success Factors

Knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of injuries, diseases, and mental dysfunctions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and critical thinking abilities. Computer literacy and use of clinical software. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Ability to counsel patients on medical and behavioral health. Ability to interpret lab and diagnostic results. Current Texas PA license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA). Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited PA program. Less than 1 year of experience (entry level). Current BLS certification. Seniority Level
