As a Registered Nurse, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities
Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care If you\'re passionate about providing compassionate care and support to our residents in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a Registered Nurse!
