Schedule:
3p-11p, Full Time 32 hours a week.
What You’ll Do As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
