We are looking for an experienced commercial roofing service technician in Baltimore, MD. Pay rate is BOE: $26+ BOE. Se habla Espa f1ol! Responsibilities
Investigate, locate and repair leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal). Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing 18 years of age or older Valid driver\'s license with clean record Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Authorized to work in the United States Experience / Skills (Nice to have)
Experience with and ability to perform work on government installations Experience working with a tablet (training available) Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60 ft and being on a roof Perform work to manufacturer\'s specifications with close attention to safety Tecta America Benefits
