Hypo South Production Associate - B Shift
Location: BD Nogales Norte, Columbus, NE

Responsibilities
Work as part of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, including product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements, and clean room area and equipment cleaning/sanitizing.
Perform visual inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Conduct changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning.
Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment.
Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks.
Perform rework and cross‑train within the department to support the business.
Maintain all quality and GMP standards and perform required SAP data entries.
Use equipment such as 10x microscopes, calipers, or other miscellaneous gauges as needed.
Participate on blitz teams as assigned and perform other duties to support the needs of the business.
Experience
Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Previous experience with MES preferred.
Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Work effectively alone or in a team – proficiency.
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area – proficiency.
Willingness and ability to train others – proficiency.
Teamwork – proficiency.
Organization skills, detail oriented – basic.
