M-F, 8:30AM - 5:00PM ATTRIBUTES
Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Evaluation & Development.
Provide initial and ongoing assessment, counseling and clinical intervention to a designated caseload; incorporate professional supervision and ongoing education towards quality care
Patient Care.
Provide individual, group and family psychotherapy; participate in the coordination and delivery of patient care; communicate with relevant internal and external care providers; complete all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner
Leadership.
Undertake planning, problem solving and quality improvement activities; provide clinical supervision to the clinical team or program staff; assist the team leader in assuring smooth, effective delivery of care in response to community requests for services
Minimum Qualifications
LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, PhD, or Licensed Psychologist required.
Master’s Degree in Human Services field required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
