Primary Therapist – Rochester Regional Health
Join Rochester Regional Health as a Full‑time Primary Therapist at Clifton Springs Hospital. This behavioral health position requires a licensed mental health professional who will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, manage a caseload, and collaborate with other providers to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Schedule 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Ability to multitask, plan and balance multiple responsibilities
Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred
Responsibilities
Assessment: interview and observe patients, form assessment, document findings.
Relationship Development: establish therapeutic alliance with each patient; collaborate to review objectives and outcomes.
Treatment Plan Development: formulate comprehensive plans, coordinate with primary medical providers, continually evaluate and revise based on assessment.
Caseload Management: maintain dynamic caseload ensuring quality care for each case.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree in Human Services field required.
Two years of mental health experience preferred.
LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or equivalent permit holder required; limited permit within 1 year of hire.
Licenses / Certifications License or permit holder in one of the listed professions.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work: sit most of the time, walking or standing occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Accommodations will be considered based on employee medical report.
Pay Range $63,000.00 – $78,500.00
