Sanitation Operator - Nights - Reddi Wip/Tablespreads plant

62nd St. Report to the Sanitation Team Lead.
Shift 6:15 PM – 6:45 AM
Compensation
$23.08 per hour + $0.25 & $0.30 shift differential
Working Days
Thursday, Friday, Saturday – 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM
You Will
Perform cleaning and sanitising procedures on milk and product flow systems between production cycles.
Manually control valves and piping to prepare clean in place cycle.
Operate HMI to perform sanitation sequence.
Troubleshoot, adjust, calibrate, monitor and inspect equipment for issues and enter defects when necessary.
Coordinate work activities with work associates on the same or different shifts.
Obtain and replace sanitation chemicals as needed.
Use pressured water hoses, caustic and acid chemicals to clean production equipment.
Operate Forklifts and Scissor Lifts.
Perform chemical tests.
You Have
6+ months experience working in a processing, production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
