Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site role for a Lead Building Engineer, located in Fremont, CA. The Lead Building Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems and facilities to ensure efficient and safe functioning.
Responsibilities include executing preventive maintenance programs, repair work, inspecting facilities regularly, coordinating with the facility management team, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires proactive problem‑solving to minimize downtime and maintain an optimal work environment.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Building Maintenance, Facility Management (FM), and operational oversight of complex facilities
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Knowledge and experience in Plumbing and Preventive Maintenance practices
Ability to manage resources efficiently and ensure compliance with safety standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Relevant certifications in building operation or technical fields preferred
Experience managing large‑scale facilities or corporate spaces is highly advantageous
