What You Will Do

Managing a high visibility, high mix area

Material Availability Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting.

Manage Kit Readiness including BOM, Material Master, Process Engineering, Operations, and Document Control cross‑functional support.

Provide production floor support: replacement part management, shop floor material staging, WIP movement, completion of units, delivery to next step, meeting MRP schedule.

Material handler supervision.

Onsite role at Andover, MA location.

Qualifications You Must Have

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.

Experience within planning, scheduling, production control, operations in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment.

Experience leading daily team operations and/or comparable leadership experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

Previous experience interfacing, collaborating, and communicating with all levels of an organization and a large external customer base.

Experience with MRP/ERP systems (special program access or equivalent).

Experience in Material and Inventory Control systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing.

Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic process optimization, continuous improvement.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Skype).

Salary Range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
