Job Description FIS Management Services, LLC seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst II – Test Automation Lead to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Java, RestAssured, JDBC, Cypress/JavaScript, IBM_DB, and WebdriverIO. The role includes creating standard coding guidelines, conducting code reviews, executing performance tests with JMeter, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, monitoring test results, mentoring junior QA analysts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium/Java, RestAssured, JDBC, Cypress/JavaScript, IBM_DB, and WebdriverIO.
Create and maintain end‑to‑end test suites, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Develop and execute performance testing scripts using JMeter to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Conduct code reviews for automation teams to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Monitor and analyze test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
Train and mentor junior QA analysts on automation tools and techniques.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Design, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in test automation, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts with the mentioned tool stack and integrating into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience creating standard coding and best practices guidelines for automation suites.
Experience creating and maintaining load/performance test scripts with JMeter.
