Job Description Micro Quality Calibration LLC is seeking an experienced
Calibration Supervisor
to lead operations in our accredited Electrical and RF laboratory. This role is pivotal in ensuring precision, compliance, and operational excellence for clients in aerospace, medical, and other high‑tech industries.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily lab operations and manage a team of skilled technicians.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and maintain NIST traceability.
Perform and supervise calibration of RF/Microwave instruments (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters) and electronic instruments (Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Hipot Testers).
Review calibration reports for accuracy and support audits with corrective actions.
Drive workflow efficiency, prioritize tasks, and maintain lab safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers and QA teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Electrical and RF calibration; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of manual calibration, ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and uncertainty principles.
Proficiency with calibration software, databases, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
Preferred
Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training or equivalent technical education.
