Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Minimum

2–5 years of experience

in industrial sales, technical sales, or project sales. Preferably experienced in sales of electrical equipment, power transmission, graphite products, automation, energy, or similar industrial sectors.

Technical knowledge sufficient to read and interpret technical documents.

No restrictions on field work and travel.

Familiar with the customer structure of the Marmara Region.

Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications with strong reporting capabilities.

Able to drive actively and holding a

valid Class B driver’s license .

Good command of English, sufficient for reviewing technical documentation.

Job Description

Developing and implementing sales strategies for customers in the Marmara Region.

Introducing

Power Transfer Technologies

(carbon brushes, carbon products, commutator solutions, etc.) and

Electrical Power

products (fuses, fuse holders, power distribution products, etc.).

Acquiring new customers, expanding the customer portfolio, and managing relationships with existing customers.

Conducting field visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.

Preparing quotations, managing negotiation processes, and following up on orders.

Achieving sales targets and providing regular sales reports.

Accurately understanding customer technical requirements and coordinating with relevant technical teams.

Identifying business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

Representing the company at trade fairs, seminars, and industry events.
