SBVCC is a single-level facility with 200 single-occupancy rooms across four nursing units. The position includes charge nurse responsibilities for the 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift with a shift every other weekend. The nurse delivers skilled nursing care for veteran residents.

Job Duties

Administer medications and treatment accurately for assigned residents.

Consult with physicians; receive, record, and implement orders and schedule appointments.

Document residents’ health changes
