Liberty Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced COTA to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families. Be responsive and individualize treatment plans. Work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities and in-house therapy supported by local management.
Job Requirements
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
Background checks / drug‑free workplace.
