Job Title Licensed Practical Nurse - Long-Term Care
Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
Monitor and report changes in a patient’s condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State and maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
Specific Job Requirements
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
