Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Knowledgeably and competently deliver nursing care to patients.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state and maintain an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, and must remain current during employment.
