$65,000–$70,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in our Orlando office. This role is fully onsite and will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
Prepare financial reports and support management analysis
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Assist with audits and tax-related documentation
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2–4 years of accounting experience preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
