Senior Vice President, Executive Recruiter
BNY Mellon is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Global Investments and Wealth Recruitment Team, with positions located in New York, Boston, or Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities
Lead high‑impact executive searches focused on front‑office Managing Director‑level sales roles within BNY Wealth, delivering top‑tier talent to support business growth.
Provide expert, “white glove” recruitment support to senior business‑line managers, managing the full lifecycle of senior talent acquisition with professionalism and discretion.
Utilize deep knowledge of candidate identification, market mapping, and relationship building with key industry influencers to attract and engage ultra‑high net worth wealth‑management professionals.
Advise on creative offer construction, delivery, and closing strategies to secure top candidates in a competitive market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., SPHR) preferred.
8–12 years of progressive experience in HR recruiting, with a strong preference for wealth‑management recruiting in the ultra‑high net‑worth space.
Minimum four years of supervisory or management experience, demonstrating leadership and business partnership capabilities.
Comprehensive understanding of technical and legal aspects of HR, with the ability to administer actions on behalf of the assigned business or business partner group.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of competitor landscapes and the ability to assess people implications of business decisions.
Benefits and Rewards BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $122,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment, and may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
