We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our New York, NY team. The analyst ensures the quality of local technology service delivery, working cooperatively with the Technology Services team and other areas of the Technology department on the implementation, maintenance, and support of PC‑based applications, mobile devices, infrastructure components, and telecommunications.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provides 1st and 2nd level end‑user support for PC‑related and telecommunications issues.
Provides desk‑side support and other face‑to‑face services such as one‑to‑one advice, configuration services, clinics, and proactive maintenance.
Maintains an accurate and up‑to‑date audit of office hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) and assists with automated asset tracking tools.
Provides hands‑on hardware support, physical deployment/installation and preventative maintenance for PCs, laptops, peripherals, telephones, mobile devices, and printers.
Ensures professional, high‑quality technology experience in conference rooms, managing equipment including laptops, projection, video‑conference systems, networking, telephony, printing, digital signage, and ancillary A/V systems.
Supports the New Jersey office remotely and in‑person as needed.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or three to five years’ experience with PCs and related peripherals, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a customer‑service environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
Knowledge of desktop applications, preferably in a legal environment.
Experience with PC‑based systems, mobile devices, remote access tools, and web‑conferencing solutions.
Strong communication skills and teamwork.
Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $105,000. We offer excellent benefits and a professional, collaborative work environment.
