US The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across the centralized program governance function for the S/4HANA migration. This role ensures that agile principles and practices are effectively applied to drive team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, foster a culture of agility, and ensure alignment with program goals and timelines. Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools to enhance team performance and delivery. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery of program milestones. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization. Monitor team progress and performance using Agile metrics and dashboards. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within and across teams. Ensure alignment of team activities with overall program objectives and timelines. Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution within Agile teams. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and program leads to manage cross-team dependencies. Maintain documentation and reporting to provide visibility into team performance and delivery status. Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Agile delivery. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery methodologies. Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification. Experience in ERP transformation programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries. Exposure to Agile at scale and cross-team coordination practices. Required Skills

The salary range for this role is $85,600.00 - $134,800.00. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits (e.g., 401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. U.S. Hybrid work model with three on-site days per week (Mon-Thu) and remote on Fridays, subject to business needs. Some roles may be remote or field-based as defined by the company. Posting End Date:
