Base Pay Range
$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Payroll Specialist Offering

3+ years of payroll experience. Multistate payroll required. High-volume processing background. Experience with hourly, salaried, and seasonal employees. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance. Excellent accuracy, organization, and communication. Payroll Specialist Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for 40+ multi-state locations. Manage weekly/biweekly high-volume payroll cycles. Maintain accurate payroll data and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Act as the main point of contact for payroll inquiries. Partner with HR and operations to streamline and centralize processes. Seniority Level
