This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant position located in Murrieta, CA. The Accountant is responsible for managing bookkeeping services for client accounts using QuickBooks Online. This role includes maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, recording transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting. The Accountant works closely with clients and internal team members to support compliance, resolve discrepancies, and provide reliable financial information that helps clients make informed business decisions. Qualifications

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including bank and credit card reconciliations Solid understanding of accounting principles and general ledger accounting (US GAAP; including accrual-method; FASB) Experience maintaining monthly financial records for multiple clients Ability to accurately record transactions and identify discrepancies Familiarity with basic financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good time management skills and ability to meet recurring monthly deadlines Clear communication skills for working with clients and internal team members Must be computer literate Prior experience in a bookkeeping or public accounting environment (preferred) Seniority level
