Responsibilities
Complete a 12-week training program based in Austin, TX with an expected start date of April 6, 2026. Travel throughout Texas is expected during the 12-week program as well.
Upon completion of the training program you will work remotely from your Texas-based home office with frequent travel to customers in the Houston metro area. It is expected that an employee in this position will reside in any location near their assigned territory. A company vehicle will be provided upon completion of the training program.
Program Details:
Start date: April 6, 2026
Complete a 12-week in-person paid training program in Austin, TX.
Lodging and meal stipend will be provided.
During the training program you will learn the skills required to:
Conduct onsite audits by examining financial records and performing interviews to determine the final earned premium for the policyholder.
Analyze financial reconciliations, policyholder payroll records, job classification codes, and contracts.
Develop and maintain policyholder relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and promote policyholder retention.
Communicate with policyholders to ensure their understanding and compliance.
Identify and refer potential fraud.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent critical thinking, empathy, desk management, communication, and customer service skills
Valid Texas driver’s license
Ability to travel within the state of Texas
*Note: this position may require occasional overnight stays.
The pay for this position is: $28.25/hour ($58,760 annually).
Pay Transparency The base pay is based on the market evaluation of the job. Individual base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Flex-Hybrid Work Environment Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
