We currently have an exciting opportunity on our Audit teams in our Boca Raton office for Fall 2026. This position is hybrid; team members are expected to collaborate in person on average 3 days a week.
YOUR TEAM
Engagement Team: Collaborate with other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
Industries: Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services (varies by office).
Office: Our CohnReznick office provides amenities and collaborative spaces.

YOUR ROLE As an Audit Associate, you will become familiar with accounting and auditing procedures and perform tasks in accordance with firm standards—accurate, thorough, and timely.
Responsibilities
Assist in Audits, Reviews, Compilations, and Accounting Services.
Work on various client deliverables and prepare work papers.
Resolve audit issues, obtain evidence, and make inquiries of clients.
Understand client’s accounting systems.
Apply concepts of materiality and audit risk.
Prepare informative, well‑documented cross‑referenced work papers that can be easily understood and explained.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
Plan to complete 150 credit hours by September 2026 to be CPA licensed.
Minimum GPA of 3.2 in major and overall.
Leadership positions in extracurricular activities preferred.
Prior work or internship experience (accounting experience a plus).
Excellent communication skills and sharp critical thinking.
Comfortable navigating fast‑paced environments and embracing change.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
