We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Stylist Assistant to support our elite styling team in delivering exceptional service and a personalized shopping experience to high-end clientele. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a client-first mindset who thrives in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist luxury stylists in preparing for and executing client appointments, fittings, and styling sessions
Maintain and organize fitting rooms, styling areas, and inventory for a seamless client experience
Pre-pull looks and curate wardrobe options based on client preferences, body type, and seasonal trends
Support stylists with administrative tasks
Build and maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, designer collections, and store merchandise
Provide exceptional service that reflects the brand’s standards of excellence
Requirements
Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy; familiarity with clienteling tools and retail systems
Preferred Qualifications
Computer & Technical Skills
Familiarity with luxury retail point-of-sale systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with inventory systems (check stock availability, request transfers, manage)
