Position Overview We are seeking a
Senior Accountant
to join a small, high-impact finance team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and plays a key role in
financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial projections . The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats, working independently, and partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making.
This is a
hands‑on role
for someone who enjoys both accurate accounting execution and
forward‑looking financial analysis .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support core accounting functions, including
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy and completeness
Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
Build and maintain
financial models , forecasts, and long-term budget projections
Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
Monitor and manage cash flow, including short‑ and long‑term cash planning
Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities
Work within a
large ERP system
to extract, analyze, and review financial data
Improve processes, controls, and reporting as the organization grows
Partner cross‑functionally to support business and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of Finance and Accounting experience
Strong understanding of
core accounting principles
and processes (AP, AR, GL)
Ability to
create financial models, projections, and long‑term budget analysis
Experience working with a
large ERP system
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret financial statements
Advanced Excel skills
