Responsibilities
Review and scrub inspection lists in advance to verify scope and necessity.
Confirm dates, customer status, and any past‑due balances.
Proactively contact customers to confirm availability and schedule inspections.
Ensure inspection reports are submitted within 24 hours of completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors to complete inspections and follow up on invoices and reports.
Support the Project Manager with scheduling smaller installation projects.
Share phone coverage responsibilities with Service Coordinator (including designated Quiet Hour to focus on scheduling and administrative work).
Skills & Qualifications Customer service, email, Microsoft Office, scheduling and coordinating, administrative skills, project coordination, organizational and leadership skills.
Additional Skills : Team player, good attitude, proactive, can communicate with a team.
Experience Level:
Expert.
Job Details Contract to Hire position based out of Belmar, NJ.
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
Expected closure date: Jan 19, 2026.
