Description PMWD is the Tuesday–Friday shift. Associates work from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM. Leaders are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes before the shift starts to prepare associates.

Coaches associates to maximize performance using established coaching methods focused on behaviors and results that drive learning.
Successfully Drives Objectives (20%)
Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes plans to achieve results and adapts to change.
Monitors Warehouse Management system and associated outputs; handles related issues.
Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes or issues.
Identifies opportunities for innovation.
Fosters an Open Culture (20%)
Devotes focused time and energy to establish and maintain relationships with associates.
Creates an energizing, fun culture by showing appreciation, recognition and positive reinforcement.
Minimum Salary $66,200.00
Maximum Salary $86,835.00
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2–3 years of work, school, or community leadership experience.
Experience leading non’exempt associates.
