Job Summary Alpha is engineered differently: we prioritize student‑driven learning that advances at the rate of individual capability rather than standardized curriculum timelines. You will not oversee 30 students following district‑mandated lesson plans. Instead, you will mentor small cohorts of self‑motivated learners seeking accelerated progress, deeper exploration, and ownership of their educational journey. If your success has emerged from non‑traditional routes—competitive achievement, athletics, business ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to convert motivation into measurable outcomes, this position leverages your experience to their benefit.
Teaching certification is not necessary. Excellence in execution is essential.
Mentor talent. Shape trajectories. Submit your application.
What You Will Be Doing
Providing motivation and mentorship to students through consistent, one‑on‑one and small‑group engagement—coaching rather than lecturing

Facilitating small‑group sessions centered on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks
Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their goals via tailored development plans
Advancing Alpha's educational model through feedback, data analysis, and innovative thinking
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.)
3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Ability and willingness to work on‑site in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
