Traditional schools often confine high-potential students to lecture-based formats built for average outcomes. Alpha operates differently: we enable student-driven learning that advances at the pace of individual capability rather than standardized curriculum timelines.
Your work here won't involve overseeing rows of desks or executing district-mandated lesson plans. Instead, you'll coach small cohorts of self-motivated learners eager to accelerate their progress, explore subjects more deeply, and take ownership of their educational journey. If your success stems from non-traditional routes—competitive achievement, athletic performance, entrepreneurial ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, your experience becomes a strategic asset for their development.
Teaching credentials are not necessary. Exceptional performance is essential.
Develop talent. Shape trajectories. Submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—coaching rather than lecturing
Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI tools to enable individualized learning progression

Participating in the continuous evolution of Alpha's educational model by providing data, observations, and innovative recommendations
