Job Details We are seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Representative to join our growing tech services team. This role is for the go-getters, the deal-closers, and the relationship-builders who thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, develop brand strategy, and manage key accounts. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Generate new business leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and participating in industry events.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective brand strategies.
Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship.
Track and report sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, lead generation, and account management in the tech services industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals (Hunter mentality).
Experience in developing and implementing effective brand strategies.
Strong understanding of B2C sales and direct sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience in participating and networking in industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
